Autonomous Transport Systems Deputy Director
William Levassor, 34, a French national, is a graduate in engineering from SUPMECA Paris engineering school (2007) and holds an engineering degree in engines from IFP School (2008).
During his studies at IFP School, he joined Renault in September 2007 in the engine performance & consumption department, with the objective to improve the perception of engine performance within project management.
In January 2008, he joined PSA Peugeot Citroën as Manager Vehicle Benefits on the gasoline engine projects (performance, consumptions, thermal aspects…). He mainly defined and implemented a new process for the conception and validation of engine performance, incl. vs. competition. In 2014, William moved from concepts to development and commercial launch activities covering a broad scope of engineering topics: performance, consumption, engine and cockpit thermal parts, with a multinational team across France, China & Brazil.
William joined Transdev, Autonomous Transport Systems in September 2016, where he is now Deputy Director reporting to Patricia Villoslada, Vice President, preparing Transdev Group to widely operate autonomous mobility services in the near future.
