Pierre-Eric Leibovici is a co-founder of daphni. He is currently a member of the board of directors of Agricool, Foxintel, AnotherBrain and a member of the advisory board of The Hardware Club. After a first experience with Merrill Lynch’s emerging market risk management entity in New York, Pierre-Eric joined the BANEXI Telecommunications and Media Department in 1997, where he worked on private equity investment operations and corporate advisory assignments in telecom and media sectors. From 1999 to 2007, he was Partner of the ETMF II LP fund, an independent private equity fund in the IT sector. Then he co-founded and served as a managing partner of Orkos Capital in 2007 and Robolution Capital in 2012. Mr. Leibovici realized and managed as board of Directors various startup investments including Allociné, Aplio, Musiwave, Urbi TV, Sensee.com, Limonetik, SMG, Liligo.com, B3G Telecom, Neurala, Balyo and EnerBee. In addition, he is a professor of financial engineering at ESCP EAP and has co-authored a book on legal, fiscal and financial engineering (Ingénierie Financière, Fiscale et Juridique, 2009-2010, Dalloz). He holds a MBA in entrepreneurship from Babson College (Massachusetts, USA) and a Master of Science in financial engineering from the Université Panthéon Sorbonne (Paris)
