Since July 1st, 2016, Carmen Munoz-Dormoy, is the CEO of Citelum Group, EDF’s public lighting and associated connected services subsidiary.
Previously she was Regional Director of Enedis in Champagne-Ardenne (network subsidiary of EDF) and strategic leader of the Venteea research project, whose main purpose was to adapt the power distribution network to the generation of renewable energies including battery storage. She works since 1997 at EDF group, where besides her professional experience in distribution networks she has held positions as manager in R&D, Marketing and Sales departments. Carmen Munoz-Dormoy graduated from Madrid Escuela Tècnica Superior de Ingenieros Industriales and from the Ecole Centrale of Paris. Beyond her assignment as Citelum’s CEO, Carmen Munoz-Dormoy is actively involved in « Elles bougent » (Girls on the move), a French association promoting the feminization of STEM. Also committed to economic development, innovation and job generation issues, she supports start-ups and projects of leading Business and Engineering schools’ students. She’s Senior Ambassador of EDF Group for Centrale-Supelec, Higher Education and Research Institution in engineering and science. Carmen Munoz-Dormoy is knight of the Legion of Honour and she is member of the board of EDF Fundation
