Sarah brings more than 14 years management consulting experience delivering transformation programmes, specialising in global OEMs. Her recent focus has been on Brexit impacts and planning for European manufacturers, with wider experience within the areas of organisation change management, GDPR and performance metrics.
She has been working in the UK since January 2012, with 5 years at Deloitte Consulting in the US prior to transitioning.
Sarah is the founder and leader of Women at the Wheel, an organisation dedicated to developing women who want to become the next generation of automotive industry leaders. She launched the initiative across the UK in 2017 gathering more than 450 leading women across the auto industry to share insight and success stories at events focused on hot sector topics.
